- Why do I observe spurious Velocity fluctuations on pathlines and is there a workaround?

ParticipantWhen plotting pathlines coloured by velocity then you may observe spurious velocity fluctuations close to the wall, i.e. if the pathlines pass through the cells close to the wall. This is due to Node Values being used for post-processing which can take into account boundary values. To avoid these spurious fluctuations close to the wall you can switch off Node Values.
