Why am I unable to select faces of geometry in Mechanical or Meshing that have been attached from Creo Parametric?

ParticipantThe user may also describe the parts as appearing white colored. This indicates an inconsistent unit system between the Assembly and the component Parts in Creo Parametric. Please make sure that Creo assembly unit system and each part unit system should be same. This requirement is documented in ANSYS/Help as seen under Notations/Length Unit at following link, help/ref_cad/cadProEplugin.html
