  3. When I am trying to launch Fluent, the GUI is stuck at this message. Host spawning Node 0 on machine “abcd-pc” (win64) There is no error. Same problem in serial mode I am not connected to VPN.

When I am trying to launch Fluent, the GUI is stuck at this message. Host spawning Node 0 on machine “abcd-pc” (win64) There is no error. Same problem in serial mode I am not connected to VPN.

      The GUI is stuck because some background processes are not able to start. Try to launch Fluent with 0 processes. Select 0 in number of processes under ‘Parallel’ selection. If that works, it means MPI processes are not able to start when you are selecting other options. MPI processes could be blocked by Antivirus or Firewall. To avoid the conflict of Antivirus with MPI, you can exclude some TCP ports in Antivirus. For Intel MPI, We advise to open up ports from 30000-59999.
