When ENSIGHT10_READER is set the User Defined Readers in the specified folder do not show up. Why?

      This is a bug in 2019R3 that has been fixed in 2020R1. The workaround in 2019R3 is to set both ENSIGHT19_READER & ENSIGHT10_READER environmental variables to load a user defined reader.
