Tips for setting up span layers for blade fillets.

      When modelling fillets in TurboGrid, ensure that a reasonable number of span layers are included in the fillet region and that the first layer from the hub/shroud is far enough from the hub/shroud to reduce skewed elements. Since the mesh topology is the same for all layers, placing two layers close together near surfaces that are essentially tangent will create highly skewed elements or a folded mesh. A reasonable number of span layers is 3 and their locations in the fillet region are at 0.33, 0.67, and 1.0 span fractions based on the fillet span height.
