Surface coatings are not being transferred over when I make an assembly model. Is there something I need to do to transfer the surface coatings?

ParticipantThis is a limitation in Mechanical. Enhancement request has been submitted to include this feature in future release. Here is supported objects that can be transferred in model assembly. https://ansyshelp.ansys.com/account/secured?returnurl=/Views/Secured/corp/v194/wb_sim/ds_mech_model_import.html For now, you have to create surface coating in the assembled model
