I realize a steady state thermal analysis and I need to find the proportion of a face which is over a specific temperature.

      The best way is to use APDL in Mechanical. First, create a named selection of the face and then use the *DO and *GET command in order to find the nodes for which the temperature is over the criterion. Find attach a WB archive file which show the APDL command to use.
