ParticipantOne possible explaination is that A after you upload a part .stl file, you will be unable to upload support .stl files until the part has finished processing and is marked as “Available.” If your part is large and/or complex this could take a while. Once it’s available, the “Upload Support” option will become selectable. The reason for this is that the preprocessing of each support .stl file is dependent on some of the results of the part .stl preprocessing.
