FAQ
ParticipantWhen you select a beam and use the selection option ‘Beams with same profile’, it selects only beam profiles but not the beams (line bodies). To select all the line bodies with same beam profile, you can follow these steps:
1. Select a beam. Go to ‘Selection’, use option ‘Beams with same profile’
2. Right click in GUI window, select ‘Locate in Structure tree’ option
3. Check the structure tree, all the line bodies with same profile are selected
4. Right click in structure tree and select ‘Hide others’
5. Create a group for visible bodies that is line bodies with same profile.
