How do I perform material curve fitting for Ogden hyperelastic foam? Note: I attempted to adapt an old input file (and data files) I once created that successfully define an Ogden hyperelastic model to Ogden Hyper-Foam by simply changing all occurrences of “Ogden” to “foam”. When I did so, I get these messages: *** WARNING *** CP= 9.484 TIME= 13:25:08 Base term is negative in Base^Exponent. Absolute Value of Base Term is Used Then I get a visual C++ runtime library error and ANSYS aborts.
