FAQ
ParticipantEnsure that registry keys in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Luxion > KeyShot6 are pointing to the correct directory and/or files. BinFolder, BinName, ResourceFolder, Resources should all be populated with file paths. The most common problem is they are still pointing to an old KeyShot location (i.e. KS 5 instead of 6) or the customer has installed in a location other than the default C: path. If these are missing entirely, it means security blocked modification to the Windows registry and KS must be reinstalled with full administrator privileges or antivirus disabled.
