ANSYS SpaceClaim: Can SpaceClaim open Mastercam file directly?

      SpaceClaim has never been able to open MasterCAM files directly. The plugin for Mastercam allows geometry transfer back and forth between the two products. The plugin converts the files to an intermediate format, such as IGES or STEP, and that’s what is opened.
