ParticipantThis error pops up when using direct shortcut to launch Mechanical APDL and the launcher is not able to identify the user settings. To resolve the error, use ‘Mechanical APDL Product Launcher’ and choose ‘ANSYS’ in Simulation Environment. Then run Ansys Mechanical APDL. This step will use fresh settings and resolve the error.
