      ・障害原因：2020年9月に公開された Windows セキュリティーアップデート KB4571756 が問題 　Microsoft Update KB4571756 の結果、起動時に Windows 関数の1つ (DescribePixelFormat) がクラッシュします 　Microsoftの KB4517156 については、Ansys 製品に限らず起動障害の報告されております ・対象バージョン：2018.0 以降、2020R2 まで ・対処方法 (1)：対象製品を起動するマシンに以下環境変数を設定する 　ANSYS_EM_DONOT_PRELOAD_3DDRIVER_DLL=1 　※対象となる全てのマシンへの設定が必要です ・対処方法 (2)：セキュリティアップデート KB4571756 をアンインストールする 　※セキュリティの脆弱性を引き起こす可能性があり、推奨いたしません ・対処方法 (3)：2021R1 以降のバージョンを利用する 　本問題は、2021R1 以降のバージョンで解消されています
