Ansys 2021R1 defect: Enterprise license required when using the Contact Tool.

  Contact tool requires enterprise license in 2021R1 and will fail if user has no available enterprise license. This is a software bug and will be addressed in next release. A workaround is to add windows environment variable ANSYS211_PRODUCT = mech_1 or mech_2
