FAQ
ParticipantWhen the material in multi-material Euler solver has fully expanded, its density will be very small. If the material density is lower than the Minimum Density Factor (default is 1E-4) times the Reference Density, the program will replace the material with Void automatically to speed up the calculation. To avoid the Euler material being replaced by void, user needs to reduce the Minimum Density Factor in CUTOFF for the material in Autodyn GUI. For example, reduce it from 1E-4 to 1E-6. This will effectively prevent the material replacement by void.
